Individual sessions personalized to your needs, focusing on stress reduction, mindfulness, kundalini balancing and physical relaxation. You choose the style from Thai, Californian, Nuru and touchless. (draping is also an option)

Recapitulation: Blockage Removal
Dive into your current and past life cycles identify and remove trauma and heal by working through the elements. This process takes a full day or more and focuses on root removing, chakra clearing, grounding and positive energy replacement. After the cleaning we ground with breathing exercises, this technique is perfect for PTSD, trauma, energy blocks and clearer communication.

Solo and CouplesTantric massage
This session is designed to teach tantric connection and 4hand massage to couples and individuals. Tantra is a series of postures and breathing exercises that unlock a special energy when working with a partner. These techniques reignite the relationship spark. 1 and 2 hour sessions are available and I host downtown in a very nice penthouse loft. Included in the service after the massage a shower and a cup of tea.
